We are sorry to hear that you are thinking of switching to a new energy supplier and would love for you to stay with us, so if there is anything we can help you with, please do let us know!
However, if you do decide to switch to a new energy supplier all you need to do is reach out to your new chosen supplier and they can put the switch through for you as we cannot initiate this from our side. The switch will then take 18 - 21 days to complete and during this time we will remain the supplier to your property. Once the switch has been completed, please send us your final meter readings so we can generate your final bill for you.
Please note, if you have any debt on your Homeshift account, you may need to pay this off before you can switch to another supplier.
