Why haven’t I switched to Homeshift yet?

Sometimes energy suppliers can stop switches from going through. If a switch is objected to by your current supplier it will prevent you from switching to us. 


If your switch has been objected to, it is best to reach out to your supplier to find out why. Possible reasons for your switch being objected to could include there being a balance left to pay on your account or if you have recently moved into a property you may need to open an account with the current supplier before it can be closed and you can switch away. 


Once you have spoken with your current supplier to find out why they have stopped the switch and that issue has been resolved, you can then re-attempt the switch to Homeshift!
