Can I change my payment date?

If you wish to change your payment date, you can do this by logging in to your dashboard.

Here's what to do:

1. Click on the energy card
2. This will take you to the next page, and then click payment details
3. You will then have the option to change your payment date

Please note that your change in payment date will take effect in the following month.
