How can I change my payment details?

If you want to change your payment details on your account, just follow the simple steps below:

1. Log in to your dashboard and click the energy/internet card
2. On the next page go to payment details
3. You will have the option to edit your payment method. Click on the edit button where you will then be able to update your direct debit details.
