When you leave us, we recommend that you don’t cancel your direct debit details with us as we will use them to take your final payment or to refund any outstanding credit. But don’t worry - we will be in touch before we take any payments!
If you have cancelled your direct debit and are due to pay a final bill, you can do so by making a top up payment. In order to make a top up payment, log in to your online dashboard, click on the energy card, go to payments and there should be a button that says 'Make a top-up payment'.
