I am moving out and want to close my account. What should I do?

Thank you for getting in touch and letting us know you will be moving out.


In order for us to close your account, please can you provide the following details:


  1. Your move out date
  2. A photo of your check out report or meters showing the final meter readings taken on your move out date.
  3. The contact details (telephone and email address) for the property’s Landlord and Agent


Just to let you know we can also take care of the energy in your new property to help save you time! If you would like to take us with you, just log on to your online dashboard and click ‘add property’ from the menu in the top right-hand corner.
