How can I cancel my Energy account?

As much as we would hate to see you leave, you can cancel at any time. If you are in the middle of switching to us, you will have a cooling off period which means you will be able to cancel the switch to us within the first 14 days. If it is after 14 days, you will have to wait for the switch to complete before you can look to change your supplier. The switch will take 18 - 21 days to complete. 


If you have an active account with us, you will be able to reach out to your chosen energy supplier and ask them to put a switch through for you. Once they have taken over your supply, your account with us will be closed and we will generate a final bill for you within 6 weeks. 


Please note, if you have any debt on your account, you will need to pay this off before you can switch to another supplier.
