Easiest way to manage paying for your energy is via direct debit. It's so easy to do through the Homeshift dashboard using these simple steps:
- Log into Homeshift dashboard here.
- Click on your energy card:
- Scroll down to Payment Details, and click on the Payment Details tab. Here you will be able to view the current direct debit details and update your bank details.
To make a change to your direct debit, click on: Edit Payment Method
- Click on: Add new payment details
- You will then be directed to the update your details, once the form is completed, click on Add direct debit
- Finally click on Confirm Direct Debit:
