Why you might need your MPAN or MPRN

You’ll need your MPAN and MPRN when changing supplier.

Your MPAN or MPRN numbers are linked to your property. If you change your supplier but aren’t moving home, your numbers won’t change.

You new supplier may ask you for your MPAN and MPRN as part of the switching process.

If you move home, your numbers will change.
