How do I read my electricity Secure smart meter?

Your Secure smart meter will have a keypad as shown in the picture below. To read your electricity smart meter:

1. Press number 9 four times on the keypad
2. The display will show ‘IMP KWH’
3. Wait for your electricity meter reading to appear followed by KWH (Do not include digits after the decimal point)

Please note: Secure are a company who manufactures meters, if your meter is not from Secure, this simply means your smart meter is manufactured by another company.
