When can I get a Smart Meter?

We will begin installing 2nd generation smart meters (SMETS2) for our customers towards the end of this year (2021) with no additional costs.

Colorado Energy is committed to ensuring the smart meter rollout is carried out effectively and we are currently working closely with our meter installers to ensure we are providing the best customer experience.

If you would like a smart meter and want to register your interest to us, you can do that by emailing us at smartinterest@homeshift.zendesk.com and we will inform our meter installers to contact you to make an appointment once they are in your area. 


Please include the below information in your email to register your interest:

  • Your Full Name 
  • Account Number (Optional) 
  • Supply Address including postcode
  • Telephone Number  

Please note we can only offer smart meter installations to customers only.
